The executive director of Ramsar Regional Center For Training And Research in Central and West Asia was appointed
In a decree issued by Ali Salajeghe, Vice President, Had of Iran & Department of Environment and Chairman of the Management Board of RRC-CWA, Reza Zamani was appointed as the executive director of the Ramsar Convention Regional Center in Central and West Asia.
Among the records of Reza Zamani is the headship of the General Department of Environmental Protection of Gilan.
Ramsar International Convention is one of the oldest international treaties related to internationally important wetlands in the world, which was adopted on February 2, 1971 in Ramsar city, and currently more than 170 countries are members of it.
