The first "Caricature and Photography Festival" will be held under the auspices of the Ramsar Regional Center in Central and Western Asia.
ِDr. Reza Zamani, executive director of the regional center, said: The first photo and caricature festival with the theme of wetlands and aquatic habitats will be held in two parts of caricature-cartoon and photo, in two age groups of under and over fifteen years old. In this festival, those interested persons can send their works to the email address of:

Dr. Zamani added: The judging of the works will be done by 21
